302. Industry: Photography
Location: The Woodlands, TX
The intern will need to be flexible with erratic hours and assignments, as the organizations do not work a typical 8-5 job.Interns will assistant with a photography camp for youth. The camp is currently scheduled for 3 weeks (4 days per week). Previous experience with photography and Photoshop is preferred, but not required. Required work days: The intern would need to be available to work all 12 days. (June 13-16, June 20-23, July 11-14)
303: Industry: Journalism
Online
The intern will be exposed to elements of Journalism, Photojournalism, Editor, Editorial Writer, Media Photographer/Videographer; Experiences and Education on Covering Events, Writing and Editing Stories, and Working in News/Media Industry. Opportunity to meet/learn online and also cover local events or conduct interviews in-person or online, as the student is available or interested. The intern will be required to complete a Confidentiality Agreement in not discussing any private information that may be revealed during the internship that is not published publicly.
304: Industry: Oil and Gas Communications
Location: The Woodlands
The intern will help assist with the creation of corporate PowerPoint templates, which will be utilized across the organization both internally and externally. This intern schedule will also offer the ability to shadow the Corporate Communications team and learn how internal and external communications are drafted and sent to a user population of 1600+ utilizing Microsoft Office365, SharePoint, Social Media and email tracking tools to deliver messages. Required work dates: Session 3 - June 20 through July 1

This is a great opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs, product designers, and business majors (PR, communications, marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing, sales, supply chain, operations, and general business). Parental consent if under the age of 18. Required work date options: Session 4 - June 27 through July 8, Session 5 - July 4 through July 15

Location: The Woodlands
The social service interns will be mentored by the Programs and Services team members while providing assistance with a diverse variety of tasks and projects focusing on nonprofit social services. Areas of internship focus are gaining professional growth and work experience, including technical skills, communication skills, social service program evaluation and management, and having an opportunity to gain first-hand experience by job shadowing client assistance appointments. Intern will need a Waiver of Liability signed by a parent or legal guardian. Required work dates: Session 1, June 6 - 17.

The intern will be able to work alongside the volunteer team, include working in each of the sort rooms, completing administrative projects, and more, all ultimately serving our food-insecure neighbors in Montgomery County. This is a great opportunity especially for students seeking a resume-building role and to feel good about their work for those in need.
When not working on the computer or a specific sedentary task, this will be an active role. Our employees and volunteers do very physical tasks, and should be able to lift and move up to 30lbs, push or pull pallet jacks weighing 500+lbs, and work on your feet for up to 3 hours at a time. You will work alongside employees and volunteers, both onsite and off, and should be a positive and professional representation of organization. The intern must be at least 16 years old, and those under 18 must have a parent/legal guardian sign a release waiver prior to arrival. Work date options: Session 1 - June 6 through June 17, Session 4 - June 27 through July 8, Session 6 - July 11 through July 22, Session 7 - July 18 through July 29
