What is a Youth leadership academy?
Education for Tomorrow Alliance is excited to partner with local community members to host our first annual Youth Leadership Academy for High School Sophomores and Juniors in Montgomery County. During this week long academy students will have the opportunity to meet community leaders, develop new leadership and personal skills, explore their strengths, prepare for their future and interact with other students from their community.

When: July 11 - 14, 2023
Tuesday - Thursday - 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Friday - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm Where: Lone Star College Montgomery - Maverick Conference Center Who can apply: Rising High School Sophomores or Juniors from Montgomery County, TX. (Students will be 10th or 11th graders in Fall 2023) Cost: $225.00 per student Includes supplies, lunch, snacks, and program t-shirt for the entire week. If you are eligible for an SAT/ACT fee waiver please talk to your counselor about an program fee reduction. Extended Application Due Date: 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 1, 2023. |
