Education for Tomorrow Alliance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting the business and education communities in Montgomery County, Texas. With innovative programs focused on career, leadership and STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) preparation, EFTA is the portal through which business leaders can access and strengthen local education. Our vision is that every student is equipped with the knowledge and skills to be career and college ready.

Volunteer to be on a career panel in a local school near you! Professionals have the opportunity to share their careers and insights with students, leaving plenty of time for Q & A. Volunteers are needed for Career Connections for senior high students and Future Focus for junior high students. h
