Leadership

Education for Tomorrow Alliance partners with The Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce to offer the Next Generation Leadership program to high school seniors in the Chamber service area. The program provides promising students with the opportunity to learn about leadership at work in Montgomery County and to cultivate individual leadership skills through interactions with professionals in business, education, and government. 

Education for Tomorrow Alliance hosts an annual Youth Leadership Academy for high school sophomores and juniors in Montgomery County, Texas.  During the three-and-a-half days of training, students will have the opportunity to meet community leaders, develop new skills, explore their strengths, plan for the future, and interact with other students.
